i am desperate to downgrade fz21m from vista to xp pro.
nothing works how should,
i have big problems with printers, scanners, and other echipament
and it crash big time

I don't understand clearly if you've already downgrade your fz21m,though if you want to restore your system press F10 at startup (until there's the VAIO logo). You should be able to restore with this recovery utility, if you haven't yet delete your recovery partition (usually it's hidden)

so i wat do downgrade from vista to xp pro...
