I can not register at e-Support . When I fill out the complete form , I still get the error " mistake on this side " . I really filled out all mandatory fields on the form carefully. What is my mistake ?

I'm sorry , I don't understand . What does "serial and model" mean?
At e-Support I don't get asked for a serial number or the name of the model of my Vaio.
There have been a number of reports of this problem and I don’t know the cause or solution. Try phoning.
