I'm afraid it won't fit.

You have a non-standard 1.8 inch Hitachi Travelstar Hard Drive in your T2XP.

I think the biggest 1.8 inch Ultra ATA drive available is 80GB and they are all 4200 RPM.

You can try Google but I don't think you will get one much bigger or faster than you already have because of its miniature size.
