HELP I HAVE LOST ALL MY FILES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I deleted all my files on my memory stick by mistake. there is no other copy. i have looked at programs to restore lost data but the only ones i have seen only work if the disk has not been over written. i have used the disk since so this is the problem.

can anyone please help me recover my files its very important

If the flash card has been totally overwritten then the original contents are lost.

If you haven't overwritten the whole card then it may be possible to retrieve some of the images using one of the many flash card image retrieval programs.

I done the same mistake like you and I was able to recovered nearly all files.

Sony itself has a Software for things like that. I haven't tried it (it was allready too late for a try) but maybe you should.
