help with sony laptop

Hi I have a old sony laptop that will not boot. when i try to do recovery after a while it comes with a list of files . once i chose the dat files to back up to sd drive it starts rescue and then says error occurs when rescuing data and ends. any one can help?

Can you share the model number of your laptop and possibly an unlisted YouTube video of what you're describing so we have a better idea of what's going on?

I couldn't find a support page for that model. Can you double-check you have the correct one?
