Photoshop File Agent

Hi,
FS315E
PhotoshopElementsFileAgent.exe
Help Please.
This is showing in Windows Task Manager in the processes and I'm trying to stop it running.
It seems to run from startup even if I don't use the program.
When I've done msconfig and checked the Startup items it isn't showing, so how do I stop it from starting.

Have checked Run > msconfig and checked in the services section for photoshop Elements

Thanks for the reply.
I had already done the msconfig thing.
I have had a look in services and set a couple of things in there to Manual, so I'll see what happens.

Hi Snowball,

I noticed that you had checked msconfig start-up but was not sure if you had checked the services section.

Let us know how you get on.
