please help: my laptop is very loud

I have sony vaio PCG-FR315M laptop. It has very loud noise and dont know what to do about it. please help.

Yep, My desktop CPU runs at 40 at the moment. But it's winter and only 19°C in my room LOL.

Hello,
I used the guide provided by Rich912 and cleaned the fans and the cooler. I really appreciate his help by provising the link. The temp starts at 41 when i start the laptop now with no fan activity. when it reaches 46, the fan starts and it goes down to 41 again and then the fan stops.

Im very happy thet i found this forum and solved the problem.
