i have bought my f1s/w 6months ago the first one was returned to retailer as developped a fault after a day.the second one was worse as it has been more in repair more than i have had it in my possession(3 times)considering thta they keep it 12 days each time.now i have noticed that the problems are still here and also they have replaced the case of my laptop and peeled off the centrino logo and the microsoft logo and stuck it back on which lookes like iv done it myself.
i have reported this to sony and they said sent it to repair AGAIN.
does anyone knows the legal route for things like sony laptops?thanks
