I have a problem running the Wireless LAN starter program on my S5XP - it starts checking the settings but stops about half-way through the procedure with the message "The status of the wireless switch is unknown".
The physical switch is selected "On" & both the WLAN & Bluetooth icons are illuminated on the front panel. The connections are enabled in "Network Connections" & the wireless connection seems to be working okay.
There is no sign of the Wireless Switch Setting Utility in the system tray & I cannot launch it from C:\Program Files\ Sony\Wireless Switch Setting Utility.
Any ideas please?
