RETRIVE DATA FROM BROKEN VGN-S1HP

VGN-S1HP FELL ON LEFT CORNER NEAREST TO SCREEN AND IT DOES NOT START BUT THE GREEN POWER LIGHT TURNS ON. THE SCREEN IS BROKEN AND HINGE IS BENT. HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY DATA FROM ITS HARD DISK? WILL BE GRATEFUL FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS.:smileyconfused:

You could remove the hard-drive and place it into a 2.5 enclosure, something like this but check that your drive will connect correctly before purchasing...:smileyhappy:

if you see the activity light, then your pc must work...the thing you should do is to find another pc and connect them by crossed rj-45. then just copy necessary files!
