Vaio VGN B1XP info, Help.

i've updated my messenger to windows live messenger on recomendation from the
site. the installation goes fine but when i try to install it i get a
msnmsgr.exe - application error message that reads ' the application failed
to initialize properly (0xc0000005). click ok to terminate the application'.
it appears again after clicking ok. i have a sony vaio and have heard that
there are problems linked between these two. can anybody help me sort out this problem, thanx for your time.

Hi there!

I haven't experienced that problem before but it has been said that there can be a problem with Vaios.

Try going to Control Panel - Add/Remove programs and remove:
SonicStage Mastering Studio Audio Filter

This has helped some people.
