Is there reason for not being able to search in the viao forums or is it normal

Hi masonlandsurveys and welcome to Club Vaio.

I agree and feel exactly the same frustration - it is a real pest and has been like this for a few weeks now. It wastes everybody's time and causes massive frustration.

We have raised the matter with Sony and have seen no action whatsoever yet. Hopefully soon ....................................

Hmm yeah, been a long time, you shouldn't have left us, without a working search to search through....

Wonder if anyone will notice the manipulation of those classic lyrics?

So what you are saying is
Sony do not reply to problems
Sony do not listen to problems
Sony do not acknowledge there are problems
Sony do not want help to with our problems.
Sony do not want others to know of how may similar problem we have.
Sony do not want us to fix our problem by ourselves.

Sony want us to use forums, but only for our problems to disappear into the forums.

Does seem a bit pointless.

We are still waiting on an answer from Sony as to when the search will be fixed..
