slow access

Does anyone else find accessing threads on this forum quite slow.
Maybe I just expect too much. Other forums are faster.:smileysad:

It is an ongoing problem mediaman, sometimes almost unusable but then it gets worse:smileysad:

first time i think this problem is from my ISP
now its problem is from Forum
to much traffic . not lot of Bandwidh

Specially the last two weeks it's been horrendous!

The site was nice and quick for a good few months.
I think it's mainly due to bandwidth limitations - kids off school and all that the server has a lot more to deal with

You think? I've never encountered anywhere so consistently slow as this place, and I'm sure if it was the Internet then I would have noticed it at least somewhere else. I wonder if they just have a really really crappy server to run it on. I'm sure Java apps must take a lot more processing mufti than PHP, surely?

More strangeness ....

I look at and post to this forum quite regularly , both from home and work and it is ALWAYS really quick.

Threads open instantly and everything else happens smoothly and quickly....
How strange some of you guys are having problems.

Could it be your ISP?
