A gripe about Sony Support in general. After hanging on the line for 30min+ I decided to log on and use the e- route.
However, after two succesful registrations (correct name and serial number entered) I am still waiting for an email to let me know my my password and log on details - so that I can start to log an issue.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Is this a cynical way Sony has devised to keep its calls to support on an all time low?

I've heard quite a few people say they take forever to answer you the phones/emails.........and that was my experience too. However when they do answer they are usually pretty helpful.
Wait a little longer for the email it may just be taking a while.
I got mine pretty quickly when some lady in Ireland activated it.
