Vaio FR415S overheat

Can anybody tell me how to open a FR415S in order to clean the fans ?
The notebook is very noisy and the temps are really high.

no idea, I use a hoover. But it helps not long.

My PCG-FR315S runs with up to 50 degrees. But if I encoding a file, then it is much more (69-72 which is too much). This picture may helpful for the future.
