Vaio PCG K155K BAD POOL HEADER

I have a sony vaio pcg k115z with ATI mobile Radeon 9200
after having upgraded winXP with the sp2
every time that I launch Nero Burning 6 (ver. 6.3.1.25) the system crash

Do you have the minidump file from the crash.

Go to C:\WINDOWS\minidump/

Have you visited the Ahead Software site for a patch or FAQ information... Failing that lost for ideas...

Try looking in the Event Log for further information as well.

Click Start, right click My Computer, Click Manage and click the Event Log Icon. Click Application. You may find that using the find tool in the menu will be useful.

yes, I have upgraded Nero too.... the 6.3.1.25 is the last version

This is an odd problem - I don't use Nero I stick with the in-built XP burner made by Roxio (Suits my purpose rather well).

Have you visited VAIO-Link to see if Sony have released more current graphics drivers? I realise that Sony don't update these very often if at all...

Or try contacting Ahead Software GmbH - it is a long shot - but you may have stumbled across a bug!:smileywink:

Isn't txt format and is 64kbytes

Does it have a log or is it nonsense?
