Vaio VGN-S5XP microphone

Hello,
Just bought my first Vaio (VGN-S5XP) ... still fighting a bit to get used to it, but I keep on working .-)). Question : is my laptop equipped with built-in microphone ??? I tried to talk chat with Skype: I could hear my incoming call, but nobody could hear me !!!

There are one or two recent Vaio's that have an in-built mic, but unfortunately I don’t think that your model is one of them.
