Vaio Zone Software VGN-A417S

Hello, I have a new VGN-A417S laptop and here is the problem. The first thing I did was format the HD with out booting the machine as it came pre loaded with XP home and I needed XP Pro. I have no recovery DVD/CD. To cut a long story short I have got all the drivers and software I need on it with the exception of the Vaio Zone software. I can not find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can download this software, can anyone send me a copy? I will be forever grateful. Thanks in advance for any help.

The only way would be to buy a replacement set of your recovery DVDs.
But it's up to you, I don't think VAIO-Zone is so good. That's my opinion.

The specification of our VAIO are good enough. Google "MediaPortal".
It's offers the features of Windows Media Center, but it is OpenSource and free.

But you could get problems with the TV card of your VAIO. I don't think it's supported.
