VGC-M1 with Freeview Box: S-video or Composite connector?

I have a VGC-M1 currently connected to a Freeview box with an aerial cable - the picture is good, but perhaps I can do better with a SCART connector instead. Now should I choose an S-video one or a Composite one, because the VGC-M1 has both?

Me Too !! Get da S-Video for freeview in more digital pictures.. but I just feel da same onli.. hehehe.. Unless u see the t v pictures very Close ...

Its up to you really but I believe that and S-Video cable does not offer as high of bandwidth as Composite does. Also composite offers more audio channels.
