Since two months my computer seems to crash arbitrarily. I have bought the laptop in October and it was running satisfactorily but now it sems to crash without reason. Sometimes there is a blue screen before but sometimes just a black screen. No chance to reboot. Does anybody have a clue what the reason for that is? Could it have to do with a firmware update I have loaded? Actually it should not.
