Hi All,

I have rebuild this sony laptop with a vanilla XP as I need to customize it for my organisation needs. The problem I'm having is with modem driver. I have extracted the original software for modem which came with the laptop build but I'm not having any luck. I've also downloaded the latest one from Sony and it's still the same.

Can anyone please help?

Don't know the solution,but if you are impatient have a look through the notebook Forum.

This question comes up nearly every day (seriously).

I have never read the threads as I do not have the problem or model.
