Voltage and frequency

Am off to Crete this summer.
And taking a Laptop with me Hopefully,
My Question?
I know there Voltages are 230 V 50 Hz
Which is the same over here, so apart from an C/F TYPE Adaptor I wouldn't need a Converter or Tranformer would I?
And are there any risks?

I think the Sony PowerSupplies supports 100-240V, 50-60Hz (mine does)

All you need is the converter for the UK plug, the frequencies are adaptive on VAIO PSUs
