You should be able to
Just click on your speaker icon in the taskbar, go to the menu then properties and click the checkbox next to SPDIF so ti can be shown in the mixer

I may be wrong here but my understanding is that you must have a sound card that has SPDIF (Sony/Philips Digital Interface) connections, as your sound card is onboard, I do not think you have these and therefore you can't adjust the settings, hence why they are grey and can't move.
