Wrong serial number

Sony typed wrong serial number underneath my notebook and I did not know that I could check it by going to Programmes> Security and utilities> Sony notebook set up> Sony notebook set up and there it was.

Thats why my registeration would not go through.

I just wanted to thank Sony coz they contacted me today to get to the bottom of this mistake. Although I was not at home and they left a message saying they will ring me back but I am really impressed that they made an effort to look into this issue.

btw since we are on the subject can you also pls make a few changes LOL like to our permissions LOL you should let us delete our own posts specially when we double post by mistake, put an introduction page for new users and make the oldest loyal members moderators LOL
