Since the recent update our TV (Sony Bravia) is just not responding correctly.

We can no longer connect to Alexa (no app showing to select nor available in google store)

it keeps rebooting when we turn tv on and when turning it off it gives options to Restart or cancel.

we have tried factory reset several times but no joy. Anyone had similar experiences or can help please.

this is so frustrating
