could not get my tab xperia z2 repaired in india

my mother was gifted one sony TAB living in united kingdom, england.  screen got cracked.  visited your repair centre  I connect   in gurgaon haryan. they fefused to repair. even agreed to pay for repair.  is this fair

The tablet might not be sold/supported in your country, if this is the situation no way for an authorized repair center to do any maintenance or service to it, as they lack the trained personnel and/or spare parts.

I suggest that you try to find a 3rd party repair shop who can import the screen part for you and get it fixed.
