Hi,
I'm new here, although not new to Sony Xperia.
My mum has been given a Sony Xperia Tablet Z and it is still locked to the previous person.
I have tried to get into the boot loader menu using the combination of power and volume keys but have no success and have read somewhere that this model doesn't have them.
So my question is how do I get to reset it. I have downloaded Xperia companion but when I connect the device to my pc it cannot see it I suspect because it's not unlocked?
Any help would be appreciated.
