i have just bought an S1 and would like to know when the PS Game/movie unlimited stores will be fully accessible

not heard anything offcial just yet. Most likely when it is close, an announcement will be made on the press centre section.

I cannot see it being much longer since the Tablet P is out soon so nothing more to do other than fulfilling content.
