Where's the Clipboard?

Hi just saved a URL to the 'Clipboard' but can't find the 'Clipboard'?

I think that only means your link was saved and you can paste it elsewhere. A small clipboard sign shows up if you tap longer on a page in chrome.

Open a website > menu > share > copy to clipboard

What about accessing previous content that has been copied to the clipboard? I'm not only interested in my last copied text.

Similar to the Galaxy Note feature. Can this be done without having to download an app for it?
