I bought a z2 tablet on 13/11/15 and and just had it back from the repair center in Wales only to be told its irreparable. It's 13 weeks outside its 2 year warranty. It cost me £400 and it's lasted 2 years. 18 years ts Iv been a loyal Sony customer since leaving home for me own place. They've had 1000s of pounds out of me and this is how you get treat. Just out of its warranty and I get a "tough s**t Mr Owens it's broken and we're not fixing it" but hears a nice bill for our time. Now Iv got a £400 two year old irreparable tablet. Surely something can be done. Please sony give a customer some support. You products should last longer than this considering how expensive it was.
Please help.
