Can you try removing the SD card and SIM card in case they are faulty and try again?
If this does not work, the best thing to do would be to contact your Local support team to arrange an assessment.

Glad to hear it! Try update your apps then re-insert the SD card, see if the same thing happens. If it does, back up your SD card and re-format it.
