Hello just recently got the xa ultra and just within the day I have noticed a slight bump on the opposite side of the camera where the battery is possibly located? I'm worried that the battery has expanded and is pushing out the back housing causing this bump. What should I do?
Contact your Local support and try to get it examined by a professional as soon as possible. If it's a manufacturing defect it should be fixed/replaced easily as stated in your warranty.
I have the same problem too. So far, my phone is running normally despite the bump and I asked through their technical center that it was normal for XA ultra. But I'm still worried that it might do something to my phone if left alone.
