My sim card stayed on the phone

I have an Xperia XA phone. I did not find the sim card slot, but I did not read my phone sim card and could not get my SIM card out. I tried with thin wire and tweezer but it did not happen. Technical service requested money. Can you help me?

if you inserted the SIM card without the tray or if you inserted the wrong SIM card size it could get stuck and damage the SIM card reader.
