My Xperia XA Ultra Failed to turn on after failed update attempt
PLEASE HELP !
An error popped up during installation of Android 7.0 update..
I tried updating my android version using companion since I can't install it using wireless connection. Then after a few minutes the companion had a popped up message saying There was an error during the installation.. so i tried to cancel it and Turned my phone on and the lights were on, but the process stopped in the word "Sony" .. 4hrs have passed already and still the same. PLEASE HELP

SAME T_T, Trying using Sony Repair in Xperia Companion it doesn't work. 😕

I got help from Sony Expert Support but look at the time difference.

I give it to the customer service lol. Did you fix it already using Companion Repair? Mine doesn't work.

Sony Service Centers cannot fix this problem just fixing its software? Mine Xperia is so *bleep* new that update make it stuck on SONY logo

Try software repair for your heart's content. Even the service center guys do this same thing.. if it works then great, else...

And your phone can be restored, use the small yellow button beneath your SIM tray flap cover to force restart your device, then perform a software repair using Xperia Companion while the phone is switched off.
