Pictures sent via text keep sending over and over

when sending a picture via text it keeps sending picture over and over to the recipient

was that preloaded with your phone or did you downloaded/installed that app?

uninstall it and test the preloaded app, see if you experience the same problem, if you don't then you should report this problem with the app developer.
