Aino javascript in web browser

Hi.  Web banking is my primary (vital) use of the net on this phone.  Previously I never had any problems, but now the bank has upgraded their mobile banking site, and I 'do not have javascript enabled on my phone.  Can I please enable javascript and retry'.  So:

a) Does the Aino support javascript (it's pretty useless as a mobile net browser with out it, and it has java games, so it ought).

b) how do I turn this on?  Do I need to download anything (alternate browser etc?)  I have already checked my phone updates (all ok) and gone through the user manual (no mention).

Help would be great as this is HUGELY important for my business etc.  Thanks,

As far as I know the Aino doesn't support javascript.Confusingly enough, javascript is a programming language very different to java, despite the similarity in name.

Sorry, my mistake, I did know the Java vs Javascript game thing, I was in a hurry while typing.  Let me try again: 'it appears to have javascript-like games' (though they could be flash, a SE specific-language, or anything else, realistically).

Does anyone know 100% that this phone's not javascript compatible, or should I contact SE for confirmation?

Going to reply to my own post, as anyone with the same bank as me can't use mobile banking anymore.

No, apparently the aino isn't Javascript compatible.  Don't know why not, as this basic code has been used for ages on  the web, it is a fairly standard script for interactive pages.  This is not flash-related, if anyone tries to tell you so:  A non-flash site (flash uses actionscript etc) that does have javascript WILL NOT WORK ON THE AINO, apparently.  Mind you, it took 3 calls to get this info.

So, as well as not coming with a .pdf or .doc reader (you have to buy them seperately), the Aino does not support Javascript or Flash.  Be aware of this if you plan to use the phone for internet/digital media.
