Apps and game data on sdcard

Although user available space on Xperia L is 5.8 GB but after loading 2 big games the storage runs out and then I have to manage the games. My problem is that the storage available through sdcard is till 32 GB so why can't Sony let us transfer apps and data on sdcard. Whats exactly the more proper use?

With Jelly Bean OS you can't move apps to SD card
Almost all Jelly Bean smartphones haven't this feature.
Only Samsung added this feature to Galaxy S4 with a update

The only way is too root your phone. Remember that rooting process will void your warranty and could brick your phone.
