Apps force closing

MY sony xperia lt when started up gives me about 5 seconds before every single app on my phone force closes. I had about 100 notifications that they have closed and i have to click ok to every single one and it happens over and over and over again. the most common one is "The process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" That comes up literaly every single time i click ok and my phone is unusable. I cant get to factory reset and Pc Companion can't detect it when it's shut off. No idea what to do.

Do i have to also download this as an app on my phone? Or do anything with my phone? Because it's utterly useless right now.

And just as i thought i have to go on my phone and activate that. Again i will say my phone is literally useless, about 4 messages pop up every second saying apps have force closed.

I don't know what you did but your phone is not stable. Reboot your phone on safe mode.

Reboot on safemode then try my suggestion.

Whenever i reboot it on safemode it seems good for a little longer but about a minutre into using it the force closing just comes right back and it usually restarts itself.

You must reset your phone

Yes i've been trying, whenever i i get a chance to factory reset it and it reboots back up nothing changed.
