balnk screen appears while using

Hello,

While using my neo v blank screen appears(ocassionally, monthly 3 to 4 times) suddenly,

single key wont work at that time need to remove battery again restarting only works fine.

Waht would be the problem? software/hardware? plase need your help

If this happens only a few times a month, it could be related to low memory on the device, I suggest restarting the device atleast once a week to clear out the cache to keep the handset running at optimal performance.

If it could be the memory issue, it should give proper error message... or suggest us to switch off and switch on.. not functioning seems defect in the mobile..  is it possible to replace my handset?
