Data traffic not works sometimes

Hello,

In my neo v, after enabling data traffic not able to connecting network on time. After 3 to 5 minutes notification shows data traffic symbol enabled. this issue facing not frequenlty, still worried with performance

Unfortunately this sounds like a software issue on the device, I suggest performing a Factory Data Reset to help resolve the issue,

Menu > Settings > Privacy/ Back & Reset > Factory Data Reset.

Note this will remove data from the handsets memory but will not affect a memory card or SIM card.

recently my neo v has updated with GB,  only works fine for 15 days.. after that same issue occurs..
