Ok so I did a little bit of research and concluded that my phone is from Vodfone Ireland. My phone also has Vodfone bloatware on it. However I am using AT&T in the United States of America. Will I get the update on the same day as the update is released in Ireland?

I do not know,it should come once Vodafone Ireland approves it.

Yeah if Sony manages to release the update for the remainder of the Xperia Lineup anytime soon. I just wished that they released some official news, like xperiablog.net did regarding the delay of the Xperia SP.
