My cell phone does not accept my headphones when I plug them into the outlet. I have tried to reboot, update and change the headphones (Sony's original). Anyone who has had the same problem?
Do you error message or does the phone not react when you connect the headset?
Have you tried connecting another headset to the phone?
Do you know the name of the headset?
