Expire z touch problem

I just locked the phone normally and just went 5 minuts and when I got back I just tried to unlock it but the phone just wont do anything , the touching is not responding at any point , what should I do ...

Try to restart the phone by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the phone vibrates. 

If the touch still doesn't respond you can try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".
