few small issues please help

Hi all just signed up my names rob

Got a few issues could be silly things but...

I can't record sound on my sp it only works if I'm recording a video I've tried recording on WhatsApp, Facebook but it doesn't do anything I have uninstalled. The apps and reinstalled them buts it's still the same

The issue started when my phone wouldn't charge at all so I reset the phone back to factory settings.



My other issue is when I click where I want to type text the text bar doesn't pop up now and again

It is common to see issues like what you have listed, I see that you've carried out a factory reset-my guess is via the settings. The best thing to do would be to carry out a software repair via Sony PC Companion. You will lose all data and apps so make sure you backup what is needed.

Generally the repair can fix issues like these, as what you've reported isn't a wide spread known issue.
