What is the exact error message that you receive?

Have you tried to clear data for camera? If not, go to Settings > Apps > Manage apps (ignore this step if you end up on the tab "Downloaded") > The tab "All" > Camera > Clear data.

If Hampus answer still not work for you, You might need to reinstall the phone software using SUS or PC Companion

when i did like you said front camera still not work and about error there is no error apper to me just not work it used to work be4 and about reinstall Sys, i don't know how do it can you plz tell me how ?

Download the installation SUS, and follow the instructions that appear.

Hard for me to say why you receive this error message since it refers to the log file. Make sure that you are logged in to a local admin account on the PC when you install the program and that you do not have any type of anitvirus/firewall that is blocking the installation.

But if you are unable to install Update Service, I would suggest that you try on another computer, prefer a computer in another network.
