My Xperia L is launching apps, etc. when I am not touching the screen. For example, when I use the alarm feature, after the alarm goes off it snoozes itself, even when no one is in the room. How can I fix this?

downgrade or wait for another update(for downgrade use the search bar u will get it)

Try to boot your phone in safe mode and check if same issue

- If same issue: maybe firmware issue or touchscreen issue

- If no issue problem is caused by an app that you installed. So do a factory reset
