Xperia L28h Camera Problem

Hi All, I am using Xperia Ion L28h, and Updated to Jellybean 4.1.2

I have a problem with my Camera, when i record a video in Full HD Mode  It is not capturing moving objects properly..

When i change mode HD Mode It is recording Properly, Is this a software problem or Hardware Problem?

could you upload on youtube a video captured @1080p/FullHD?

Most likely is a SW problem

Try to boot your phone in safe mode and check if same issue
