pls help me im having problem with my xperia ray light sensor it seems that its not working.:smileycry: im still using GB in my ray. anyone here who has encounter the same problem as me, and got the solution how to solve this problem?:smileycry: pls do help me.:smileycry:
try to run this simple test. dial *#*#service#*#*, service test>ambient light sensor
try to cover the sensor. see if the values change
i already tried that NO VALUE it remain at 0 value. by the way my ray is covered with a thin screen protector cause when i buy this phone it already has a screen protector is this ok? cause the screen protector also cover the light sensor.:smileycry:
turn off the light and then use a flashlight directly over the lightsensor, did you applied an extra screen film protector?

yes sir i applied an xtra screen protector but the xtra doesnt cover the light sensor area. it has a hole on it so the sensor wont be covered.:smileycry:
it should work with only the pre installed screen protector on.
did you install some apps that may have disabled the light sensor?
Xperia ray's light sensor is on the farthest right,
did the light sensor worked before?
repair it with SUS and try again
