Media Scape Error PLZ help!!!!!!!!!!!!

just bought my x10 all of a sudden i get this message in media scape " Application Playnow process com.sony ericcson playnow store.android has stopped unexpectedly" then it forces me to close....i can't play my music, view pics, etc. call support they gave me some steps but one of the step is done in mediascape and i can't get into mediascape b/c of the previous error message. can anyone help i love the phone but this is a major set back.

The only thing I can suggest when you get a software error like this is to run a reset via Sony Ericsson Update Service.  This will wipe your phone back to factory settings and install the latest firmware.
