Missing APNs settings

In order to get my Miro to work on Giffgaff I need to set up the APNs for this network. This is a huge problem as when you create the APN and save the screen area stays blank and this leaves no APN to tick to use. I have tryed all the apn apps on google etc and nothing works due to the phone running on android 4.0 os. This doesn't allow 3td party apps to change settings. So does anyone know how to access the hidden apns or know how to fix this. It appears to be a problem with a few phones at the moment. The giffgaff forum has a few others with the same problem.

I suggest that you contact your local support team for guidance on how to setup APN's in your phone.

go to settings>xperia>get internet settings

u will get all APN settings.try it

if it doesn't work just google

APN android settings __name of your network___

then

settings > more > mobile networks > access point names > menu > add New > enter the info > menu > save > done

Do a search on this forum.  I did a long write up on how to setup APNs about 6 months ago.

And yes, they are a pain.  You can get the app ... Tweakker ....  from the app store, and it will automatically setup some APNs.
